Item Inspection

Upon successful order placement through the VanityValley website, a confirmation email will be dispatched to you. This email comprehensively outlines the particulars of the order that has been successfully placed. To ensure a seamless and uninterrupted customer experience, please note that VanityValley refrains from making telephonic confirmations of orders, as we are committed to minimizing any potential disturbances to our esteemed customers.

For customers within Vietnam, we extend our product inspection support policy within city limits, characterized by the following principles:

Prior to Payment, Collaborative Inspection

Prior to finalizing the payment process, customers possess the right to engage in a collaborative inspection of the products. It is important to note that this policy does not encompass provision for product trials.

Inspection Preceding Receipt and Payment

Customers retain the prerogative to inspect the contents of the package prior to receipt and payment. This inspection serves to ensure that the delivered items align with the ordered model and quantity. However, it’s imperative to emphasize that product trials or usage demonstrations are not within the scope of this policy.

Payment Upon Agreement

Subsequent to consensus on the delivered items, customers are at liberty to make the payment to the delivery personnel, if the order is of the Cash on Delivery (COD) variety. Following successful payment, the goods will be handed over to the customer.

Dissatisfaction Resolution

In scenarios where customers find themselves dissatisfied with the product, the option to refuse receipt of the goods is available. In such instances, please be advised that VanityValley will levy an additional return fee equivalent to the shipping cost associated with the initial order placed by the customer.

At VanityValley, your satisfaction and convenience are paramount considerations, and our policies are designed to align with these objectives.
