Shipping Methods

We utilize DHL Express and SF Express for the delivery of orders placed on VanityValley.com. Please allow 5-10 days for your order to be processed.

Transit Times

The transit times provided below are approximate estimates once your order has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse located in Ha Noi, Vietnam. Kindly note that online orders are not processed during weekends or public holidays.

Tracking Your Order

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number sent to the email address provided during checkout. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the status and location of your package.

Customs and Import Duties

  • Depending on your location and the local customs regulations, you may be required to pay import taxes and/or customs duties for your order. Additionally, a brokerage (handling) fee may apply to the shipment. These charges are separate from your shipping fee and will be billed directly to you.
  • Please be aware that VanityValley has no control over these charges, and we cannot predict their exact amounts. We recommend checking with your local Customs Office to determine whether you can import the items and whether any additional licenses or permits are required.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • SF Express: 5-14 business days.
  • DHL Express: 2-10 business days.
  • Please keep in mind that these shipping times are provided as guidelines and are based on the time from dispatch. While we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, VanityValley cannot be held responsible for delays related to customs clearance or failed payment approvals. We will, however, do our best to minimize any potential delays.

Fraudulent Orders

VanityValley reserves the right to temporarily hold or cancel an order if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity. In such cases, we will attempt to contact you using the email address provided during the booking process. We may request additional proof of identity before proceeding with your order. If we are unable to contact you or the provided information does not meet our minimum identification requirements, we reserve the right to cancel your order without liability.

Changes to Your Order

If you need to make changes to your order, including address details or sizing, please contact us immediately. Changes can only be applied before your purchase has been shipped. Once shipped, no modifications can be made to your order.

Order Information

Purchase receipts are sent to your email once your order has been processed and paid for. You will also receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. If you have not received your order confirmation email within 72 hours of purchase, please contact us. Confirmation emails for purchases made during weekends or public holidays will be sent on the next business day.

Parcel Missing

  • After three delivery attempts or if 14 days have passed since the arrival date, whichever occurs earlier, your parcel will be returned to our facility in Vietnam. It’s important to note that we do not assume responsibility if your order is returned to the sender for any reason (e.g., incomplete shipping address, or receiver unavailable). However, we are happy to arrange redelivery, and you will be responsible for any return fees and additional redelivery charges for returned orders.Packages returned to the sender or refused will be restocked, and you will receive store credit in the form of Points, minus the initial shipping charge.VanityValley cannot be held responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
